We would like to apologize for your negative experience. We do our best to ensure that our residents and their families are happy with our service. The home has purchased brand new bedding a few months ago and the Home Manager has personally gone to supervise to ensure all the new sheets are being used. It might be the case that there was still some old bedding rotating through the laundry and had not been disposed of for which we'd like to apologize. We would like to ensure you that the sheets are changed following bathing/showering and also as and when required.

It always saddens us when a resident leaves us to live elsewhere, thinking we had built up a good relationship with relatives, only to find they were unhappy with the care provided. The issues outlined are not accurate but sadly this lady feels they are. We do our level best to ensure that all concerns are freely raised and dealt with in the best interest of the resident. It would not be realistic to say there are never any concerns in a 100 bedded home. We wish this resident all the very best in his new home.
