Some of my previous roles have included; Senior Night Lead, Area Trainer, and Deputy Manager and I are now in the role of Home Manager. My main roles before becoming an Activities Coordinator were housekeeping and laundry. My journey with Bupa began as a housekeeper until my Unit Manager put me forward to the activities team. I haven’t looked back since! I applied for a job at Berkeley House as a new opportunity and the rest is history.
