My father arrived at Autumn Vale Care Centre in March, first as respite care before moving to Peach unit. The care he received was excellent. The staff took time to get to know Dad and kept the family informed when appropriate. The senior staff always had time to discuss concerns with either myself
or my sister. The overall impression was, as a team, the staff cared for the residents.

Cared for Mum with compassion and dignity. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms were always clean and comfortable. Lovely surroundings for the elderly.

The staff were very caring and gentle with my mum who was in there for end of life. I could not fault anything about the home and feel happy that mum spent her last days there. The home was clean and spacious. Thank you, Autumn Vale.

Dad was only here for a short time but during that period and up to his death the staff were excellent in the care they gave and in the last days the end-of-life care they showed him, in particular, was excellent.

Thank you for the care that was given to my aunty in the last weeks of her death. My aunt as well as myself and other family members were treated brilliantly. We told her to treat her stay like she was on holiday because that's how it felt.

Our uncle was very poorly when he was discharged from the hospital, and his life expectancy was short. He was transferred to the home, and his care was wonderful, and the care home team looked after him so well during his stay. We were kept informed of any issues that occurred. Initially very daunting for all the family, both parents going to a care home, a huge change in all of our lives. It took a while for Mum and Dad to settle in, but within the first month, the carers demonstrated they had got to know them both very well by keeping me informed of their well-being as I
arrived for my visits. Phone calls from the management team and nurses have also kept me updated. This has given peace of mind that both parents are safe and well looked after. At each visit, Mum and Dad both say, "the carers are really nice, very helpful". Thank you to all Carers, Nurses and Management team, and all at Autumn Vale, for the support you are giving.

They are all very friendly and informative staff. The home was very clean and organised. It was very evident that the resident who I was visiting and other residents are receiving quality care. I was also witness to effective leadership and great morale within the care home. The staff were also quick

In July last year mum was taken to Autumn Vale straight from hospital and what a blessing that turned out to be. It is a lovely home, cheerfully decorated and the staff have been so caring and loving to mum. One of the last things she managed to say was ‘I love you’ to her wonderful nurse. Mum has not
been easy to look after and it must have been difficult at times for the staff but whenever we visited, which was as often as we were allowed, it was so obvious what a great job they were doing and how well mum was being cared for. She always looked clean and comfortable and it made such a difference to us knowing we could leave safe in the knowledge that her every need was being taken care of. Any email we sent was always answered quickly and we really appreciated how kind and compassionate they were to us at the end, that really helped a lot. We would have no hesitation in recommending Autumn Vale as they are all doing a wonderful job. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

My mother was in Autumn Vale for 3 months. During this time the care she received was outstanding. Management and staff always found time to speak to us and kept us well informed. Communication was excellent. Sadly my mother passed away while in Autumn Vale. Their compassion and help at this time was

My brother was a resident at Autumn Vale for several years until his recent death in hospital. I have nothing but praise for the attentive, diligent, caring, and hard-working staff and management at the home. I know my brother was very happy with his care there, which was not easy given his condition
- mitochondrial myopathy - which called for a high level of care. Both management and the carers themselves showed great understanding of his needs and mine as a visiting relative.

An extremely well-decorated and furnished home, each resident bedroom cosy and homely. Staff are very approachable and friendly. Looking forward to the post-covid activities returning, the plans ahead by the activity manager are exciting.

Nice care home, managed by caring staff. The home always looks clean, with no odour when I'm visiting every weekend. The home feels very homely with already festive decorations in the unit where my grandma lives.
