The manager and deputy manager hosted a wonderful cheese and wine resident's family event on Wednesday 10th August. I really appreciate this as my husband first became a resident at Applewood at the beginning of the Covid lockdown, and I’ve not had an opportunity to meet any of the resident's families
until now.
This was an extremely pleasant evening, which I really enjoyed and appreciated.
I’m really hoping that I can attend many more of these events now that Covid seems to be easing, and we are learning to live with it.
I would like to also take this opportunity to thank all the staff at Applewood for the kind care and dedication they have shown to my husband, myself and my family; there is a real homely feel to the home, which suits my husband he is/was a really homely person loving nothing more than spending time with his family, we really appreciate his new extended family.
Keep up the good work, Applewood, in what has been a very trying few years.
