Throughout her stay, my wife has felt at home with all of the staff relating to her as a family.
My wife has had superb care over many years and we could not have asked for anything better.

Both of my parents have lived at Roseberry Court Care Home for almost a year. They recently moved onto a different floor within the home, which I was extremely anxious about. The manager and staff were so supportive and made sure their new rooms were prepared and the transition has been remarkable to
say the least. The care, compassion and kindness shown to the residents and their family/ friends is exemplary.

I cannot fault this care home. It is always clean and tidy. The residents are well looked after. All the staff are most kind and friendly and always willing to help in any way. No complications regarding meals, my husband enjoys them. I visit every other day and am always welcome, as are other members
of our family. Carers should have a substantial pay rise!

My sister's room is always clean but I need to keep checking on toilet tissue and hand towels. Food looks good and healthy. Staff are always cheerful and helpful and friendly, needs more stimulation although this is an extremely sad and anxious time for family members Roseberry Court staff are understanding
to my sister's diagnosis and to our feelings.

My mother has sadly recently passed away and the care and support she and the family received has been second to none. She was treated with tenderness and dignity, respect and love. Throughout my mother's residency of 6 years, she has always been cared fro and treated with love.

Since my mam arrived at Roseberry Court Redcare she has had excellent support. The moment I walked into Roseberry Court I know the place was right. My mother arrived in November 2019 for end of life. Due to all the hard work by all the staff, my mother has just had her 96th birthday - words cannot say
my gratitude. The past Manager was good, but the girl who is Manager is second to none 5 star - and her staff are out of this world.

Roseberry Court Care Home has given my dad a new lease of life. He is more active, more cheerful and has retaken up long abandoned hobbies. The staff are hugely supportive, always smiling and take very good care of all of his needs. Can't recommend this care home highly enough. I can visit when I want
and I'm always invited to be part of something , whether that's a party, a bingo session or simply a cup of coffee. Well done to all staff and management.

Couldn’t thank the staff at Roseberry Court enough they do a great job and are always so happy and friendly nothing is too much trouble, my mam has been there a few months and has settled in lovely. It was her birthday today they put a banner in her home a card signed by all the team and a birthday
cake was so lovely.

Reassuring to know my mother is well cared for 24/7 by your excellent staff. However, she says she is bored as there are no activities, not even a game of ludo, singing sessions or craft groups, or exercise on chairs. When will these important groups resume?

We are looking into accepting volunteers into the home to carry out activities, and I am looking to utilize a member of the team to temporarily fulfil the Well-being role whilst the recruitment process is ongoing.

My mother was left in a chair soaking wet and a paper towel between her legs and her body, had little clothing on i.e. just a dressing gown that was half-open disclosing the rest of her body. When I showered her I went and asked for an incontinence pad the girl said no. I looked at her in amazement
and said are you joking? She replied no, she has to bring her own, which we were not aware of. They had my number, they could have phoned me. Four days without any pads then she had to go back to the hospital after a fall only wearing a dressing gown, knickers, no bra. The hospital rang me asking for a nightie as her dressing gown was soaking wet. The home packed her belonging up but no nighties. The home was adamant the nighties went with her to the hospital. When I said I will ring CQC they soon found my mum's other two nighties.

I would like to thank all the staff at Roseberry Court for caring for my mother the way they are in these difficult times, especially the management and all the staff on floor 1, especially two members of staff, but all the staff are second to none. The home is reasonably satisfactory. Some of the staff are excellent and on the whole good. Some of the activities have been cancelled in recent months - short of staff? The activity person has been withdrawn to do care duties. You've had a bus here for some months - stationary - what a help this would
be for activities. Some concern that my sister's meals do not look aesthetic in appearance, which puts people off. Otherwise reasonable considering complex duties.

Obviously beautiful home and so inviting. All the staff are warm and friendly and are always on hand to help or answer any questions, the rooms and the whole building is very clean and presented well, it's a home from home feeling. The care, the staff give us is impeccable. I can finally relax with
my family at night knowing my dad is safe.
