My one year here has been very good. I can do some things myself and need some help with certain things. Care overall is very good.

I have visited this care home a number of years visiting friends who are in care here. I have always been impressed with the home itself and its facilities but most importantly the care provided by what I find to be professional and efficient staff who obviously do care about the residents. I would
add that if I wasn't happy about what I see I would comment, but there has never been any need for adverse comments.

This is a lovely purpose built building that gives space and opportunity for those that can walk about and get exercise. There is plenty of room in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Staff are very good given the amount of residents they are responsible for and helpful to families.
They only drawback is
dementia patients can not access the outside space. Overall, I am happy my mother could have a place here.

When I visit the home to see my friend I always feel very welcome. Staff are lovely, the home is always very clean and smells lovely. Meals are good and nutritious and they are always happy to oblige with something different if not on the menu.

The care my partner gets is very good. The only fault I find it toilet related. The staff have several people who need two carers to take them to the toilets, so someone has to wait.

My cousin 78 has been at Roseberry Court for 2 years and although suffering from several complaints has been well looked after. The rooms are excellent and facilities also.

I have peace of mind knowing that mother is in a safe environment. The home is very welcoming, with a coffee machine in the entrance and the staff are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. Staff are approachable if we have any concerns regarding mother's wellbeing.

I visit my sister twice a week and she always seems happy and content but that has always been her nature. The staff here are very helpful and friendly. I can't say if it is value for money as my sister's family have not told me what is paid.

I write on behalf and in the company of my friends who both spent one-week respite care at Rosebery Court and were welcomed and treated with care, support and dignity. They have now returned for further respite and although the decision is difficult, they look forward to finalising arrangements for
permanent residency, they have been helped although not persuaded by the efficient caring staff. Everyone in the team provides a helpful, homely, calm atmosphere which gives them the confidence to face their future together. Thanks to all.
