I find the home clean, friendly, light and airy, plus very caring. My sister has been here seven years and I am sure it's all down to the care she has had here.

Very satisfied overall and staff very kind, although lost a few things. The majority were found after a week, except her glasses which are in the process of being found. My aunt is happy and has improved health wise and mentally a lot. So no complaints.

When my Mother-in-law first came to Roseberry Court, she was very nervous. She has now called it her home and feels safe and secure. They girls are caring and very friendly and make her feel at home. If needed, they contact a doctor or nurse.
We feel that this is the best place for her. We know she
is well looked after.

Every time I come into the care home I am greeted with a smile, the staff are always helpful and friendly. The home is always clean, the lady who I visit is always happy and never has a bad word to say about the staff. She is my partner's mum and he never has anything bad to say. Keep up the good work.

We looked at a number of homes before we chose Roseberry Court this was the only home I considered suitable. Helen Mcardle homes are far superior to the many others in the area. The home is only as good as the staff caring, this varied from excellent to good, mostly excellent.

The facilities were wonderful, homely but modern and extremely clean. Staff were very professional, well trained and high expectations across all aspects of care. Restaurant facilities like a hotel and food superb with choices. Relatives and visitors welcomed. Sundries in public places for visitors.
