A warm welcome and the Manor has a reassuring feel. The staff are approachable and very willing to answer questions or to direct us to the relevant member of staff for further information. Any queries we raise will be acted upon and we feel confident that efficient and pleasant care is being given.

We, as a family, are very grateful for the care you have shown in looking after my dad. He has at all times been treated with compassion and dignity. His basic needs have always been managed with a minimum of fuss. All the staff I have met have been lovely to us and to my dad.

Very happy with the care my grandma received while having a short period of respite. The staff were always welcoming and friendly and made me feel at home while visiting. There always seemed to be something happening at the home on numerous occasions when I visited, which I thought was great.

Both myself and my brother were very happy with the care provided for my mother, whose dementia became increasingly severe during the twenty months she stayed at the care home. The nurse who informed me of my mother's death earlier this week, is exceptional (can this please be fed back!) and he was
very active in reporting setbacks. Some of the carers do have some problems with English, but my mum, as a German, felt very much at home with the caring attitude of staff and, feeling herself as a foreign outsider in the UK, due to dementia, felt comfortable with staff in a similar situation.

The staff very friendly, we were invited to stay for dinner when we visited our friend. So looking forward to our meal with her. Our friend cannot fault this wonderful home and the care given. So peaceful and we have enjoyed coming. This is our first visit as we live in Norwich. Very impressed, just

My grandmother has been a resident of Cambridge Manor since March 23, going from the hospital. Since being there she has thrived. The standard of care and compassion has been outstanding. Her needs have been met ensuring she is comfortable and happy there. We're notified whenever there is any change
no matter how small regarding Nan's condition. As relatives we are so grateful and appreciate the outstanding care both physical and mental she is receiving.

Upon arriving at the reception I was very pleased with the greeting of 'good morning sir'. The sign-in and sign-out system for security is very professional and reassuring. Very clean and tidy generally throughout the care home. Staff were very kind and willing to help with any requests for my friend
who was a resident ad still is. He is very happy with the care and consideration he has received and would strongly recommend the Manor Care Home to any other elderly people looking to be looked after. Staff and management could not be more helpful.

I had lunch in the home with my mum. We had lunch in a lounge sitting at a table overlooking the garden. The staff - the home manager, a nurse and a member of the wellbeing team waited on us. They took great care of us in a very gentle way, which is important as my mum has dementia. We were treated
like special guests and this made our lunch together very special.
Lunch is a three course meal and all courses were excellent, both in quality of the food and the flavour of the dishes. All were cooked fresh by the chef, there was no processed food. I chose the soup as my starter and when I went home I made the same soup for my husband and myself the next day as I liked it that much.

Cambridge Manor is excellent. I was dreading coming to a care home for respite, but I needn't have worried at all. It is heaven here. Every member of staff is so kind and friendly. They are always around and help is immediate. Rooms lovely. Food fabulous. I can't thank them enough.

I cannot praise Cambridge Manor Care Home enough. We were in the unfortunate position of needing emergency residential care and the management team and staff worked so hard, with no notice, to make this happen. They acted with compassion and respect and really went over and above the call of duty. They
truly are magnificent.

As the Well-Being Lead at Cambridge Manor Care Home, I am passionate about creating a positive and enriching environment for our residents. With over four years of experience in this role, I have developed a deep understanding of the importance of supporting both the emotional and physical well-being of those in our care. Since joining TLC in April 2024, I’ve been committed to providing tailored well-being programs that focus on improving the quality of life of our residents, creating a sense of community, and ensuring that every resident feels valued and empowered.
One of the aspects I am most proud of is the incredible team I have the privilege of working alongside. Together, we collaborate to deliver exceptional care and ensure that each resident’s needs are met with compassion and respect.
