My sister receives excellent care. The staff are very attentive to all her physical and emotional needs in an environment that for her, is a home from home. I have no hesitation in recommending it as a first-class residential home.

This is an excellent and very well-run small care home. Management and staff are kind, caring and compassionate in their interactions with residents and family members. The standard of staff training is very high and the unit is well staffed with a good mix of young and more mature staff. There is a
warm and friendly atmosphere in the home, residents are treated as individuals and their wishes and personality differences are respected in every way. The rooms are comfortable, there is a good choice of food and snacks are always available. The home is clean and fresh and well maintained with good access to parking. If help is needed on any medical issues the manager acts immediately to contact GP or another medical professional. The manager and staff communicate with family on any issues and are friendly and helpful and always willing to listen.

We appreciate this very thoughtful and kind review. We strive to provide person centred care to each of our service users and this review has helped reassure that our hard work is acknowledged. We wouldn't be anywhere without the excellent communication and support from services users and their families. Thank you very much.
