My mom had been at Clare Court for almost 4 years. She fought many stages of dementia and was always treated with utmost dignity and respect. The last few weeks leading to my mom's passing have been challenging. The nursery team have been amazing and although in the end, my mom stayed in hospital for
her final days the nursing team put a plan together immediately after I approached them so that she could be cared for pallatively if it was needed. They were so supportive and understanding. I thank them all. The whole team in Clare Court.

In my opinion, this was a very good home for my dad. He stayed in there for three years. They made his stay over the duration of his time. His time was comfortable and relaxed and they made sure he was very well looked after.

The staff are very helpful, very kind and understanding. You can go to them if you have any worries, you can ask to talk about anything to do with home or relatives that stay. They keep you informed on things happening. My Mom is well looked after, I know I can go talk about anything if need be. I'm
so happy with the care and home staff.

Not fit for purpose. Staff needs training, care is poor overall. Seems like a prison. Poor management. The service user was just left in their chair with little support. Wasn't even able to get a footstool to elevate the resident's swollen feet. Was told to buy our own footstool.

I am very pleased with my Mom's care at Clare Court. She is treated with respect and dignity. The staff are very caring and considerate towards her and us. The communal room is welcoming and stimulating. The reception staff and manager are always helpful and friendly. It makes such a difference to visit

Every time I visit I receive a warm welcome. The staff are lovely and caring. Clare Court Care has a lovely atmosphere, it is clean, spacious and bright. Every time I leave, I feel reassured that my father is being taken good care of.

Staff are open and listen to questions/feedback and try hard to help. They show care which is appreciated.
Negative: smell of building isn't pleasant. Nan, at times, seems isolated and room is quiet with no stimulation.

The reception staff are excellent in assisting myself and my wife, especially one in particular.
My sister-in-law is well looked after in all departments despite her mobility being restricted (her age is 91 years).
Management, especially one in particular, are easy to communicate with and handles
any questions very efficiently.

I would like to thank the activity team at Clare Court. They have, from the offset, encouraged my mum to be involved with social activities at her care home. In doing so, this has enabled my mother to feel part of a nurturing and caring environment, which in turn has supported her emotional well-being.

I would like to thank all the staff at Clare Court for caring for my grandmother. I visit the home weekly with my daughter who looks forward to visiting her great-grandmother and also the staff. They always make us feel welcome and are always accommodating. It is so nice to see my grandmother in a warm
and nurturing environment. As a family member, it is reassuring to know when you leave a loved one they remain happy in their care home.

I would like to thank senior nurse on Chelmsley Floor and all her care staff for the good care they provide my great grandmother whe she requested it. My great grandmother worries about her health, but the nursing staff will always attend to her and reassure her. It is so nice to see this as this demonstrates
how, with theur support, my great grandmother is able to settled and progress in her care journey.

I wanted to say that I am really enjoying living at Clare Court. I did not initally want to leave my own home, but now I am at Clare Court, I am happy. The staff are really nice and take time to care and talk to me. I had a really nice birthday in December and also a lovely Christmas. This would not
have been possible if it was not for the wonderful staff and management, oh and the great chef and his staff. Thank you very much.

Very happy with the care given by staff, including housekeeping. Very clean, fresh smelling and welcoming environment. Accidents and personal care dealt with to a very high standard.
There is always an adequate supply of handwash, paper towels and sanitary supplies in the service users' rooms.
Care
and attention is given according to needs. Staff adapt very quickly to the needs as they change. Family members are made to feel welcome and regular updates are given.

Really lovely Christmas vibe at Clare Court. The Christmas gift box for residents was a super idea and well received. Mother-in-law's carpet has recently been changed, this is greatly appreciated. First floor activities room being re-purposed, I hope this is still going to be accessible to residents
and their families.

My auntie came into the home in July 2023. She loves it here, the staff are so lovely and nothing is too much trouble, they are always on hand to assist. Food is excellent, she has her hair done and the dentist comes in. I really cannot say a bad word about the home. She does arts and crafts, which
she enjoys. They also have a chiropodist that comes in, which is a godsend.
