Thank you for taking the time to review our home, it is lovely to hear you find the reception and atmosphere welcoming and homely. With regards to the kitchen areas, we work hard to keep these as clean and tidy as possible, however, towards the end of meal service, the worktop may have crumbs on, or the butter dish still out. This is always cleaned up as soon as service is finished, once we have ensured the dining room full of residents are all happy with their meal. However, we have since made an extra effort to improve this further. As always, we have an open door policy and should you wish to discuss anything further, we would be happy to speak with you at your earliest convenience.

I started my healthcare journey back in 2008 as a community care assistant and worked at Hall Park in 2010 when the doors opened for 1st time but moved on to another home with the company at the time for a career progression.
