He is experienced by practice and by education, achieving a Level 5 Leadership and Management in Adult Social Care 12 years ago, when he commenced care home management. He has specialised in the management of Dementia, Nursing, and Residential Care, as well as Commissioning a new care home. He has a proven track record with CQC, achieving a Good outcome in managed services.

Marie has worked in care for many years, starting in her early career as a Care Assistant, then progressing to a Senior Carer, then Head Senior, before being promoted to Deputy Manager. Marie has gained her Level 2 and 3 Diplomas in Health and Social Care and is currently working towards her Level 5 in Leadership and Management. Marie actively assists staff with their training and encourages them with their personal development and knowledge in care.
