Aran Court, situated in Tile Cross, between Birmingham and Solihull, specialises in dementia and nursing care.

Couples and companions are warmly welcomed and their well-being, comfort and happiness are a top priority.

Everything is done to make each resident feel as fulfilled as possible, with a wide range of activities on hand including excursions out in the home’s own minibus. The home has its own hairdressers and café to allow residents to have their hair done or enjoy hot refreshments without having to leave the home.

Nutrition, variety and presentation of food are held in high respect and all meals are cooked on the premises from fresh ingredients.

All of the staff are excellent. Kind, caring and person-centred. The needs of the residents always comes first. The staff look after my Mum very well.

The staff are so helpful and willing to listen to concerns that I might have. They also interact well with my mom and she reacts well to them. Always having a laugh. The main thing, she is settled and looked after very well.

My mom who recently passed away came to Aran Court Care Home 2 years ago after being in hospital. She was very low when she arrived but soon blossomed again under the care of the lovely staff at Aran Court. She benefitted greatly from the social contact, care and activities provided at the home. Mom
because ill and bed bound from February this year till she passed away in July. The care and warmth from the staff was excellent and the care and respect for us as relatives was also so kind. I would be happy to recommend the home to anyone.

We have found the care home to be excellent. Caring staff team. Personalised service. All residents on Mom's floor present as happy and enjoying life. Excellent entertainment programme for residents. The staff team are supportive to our family too. They welcome visitors and encourage family inclusion.
Mom has been in the care home for 6 months and we have no complaints. We are very thankful that Mom is happy and cared for.

I have always found the standard of care at Aran Court to be excellent. The carers seem to genuinely care for the residents and I feel that my dad has a good quality of life here. The activities are varied and you can see that the residents are enjoying themselves. My dad's needs are met and if he needs
to see a doctor this is arranged and also any emergencies are dealt with efficiently. I am always consulted on any changes that may occur. The rooms are spacious and very modern and the residents' own possessions can be brought in. Obviously, the last two years have been difficult and I have missed the flexibility of visiting whenever I want, but hopefully as restrictions are lifted this will improve. Well done to everyone - doing an excellent job.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care my dad received at Aran Court over a period of 5 years. The care team and the management team made a difficult time for me and my family much more bearable, they showed compassion when I needed it most. His room was always kept clean and tidy and the food was
nutritious and plentiful, definitely 5 stars.

I went to the home following my discharge from the hospital. I was in poor health and needed 24-hour care. The peace and quiet, plus the kindness and dedication of the staff mean my health began to improve. As I prepared to go home and grow stronger, I was allowed to do small tasks for myself with help
always on hand if needed. The meals were varied and the portions large. My room was adequately furnished and serviced regularly by friendly staff. The common parts were clean and lounge created a comfortable friendly place for activities. The friendly, relaxed atmosphere was ideal for recovery. Thank you.

I was in the care home for just over three months due to an accident. I had bilateral fractures in both feet and could not weight-bear for over two months. The staff were very kind, polite and more than capable at their jobs. That goes for management, admin, care staff, physios, cleaners and nurses.
They all looked after me and kept my spirits up during a very difficult time. I cannot thank them enough.

I have found this care home to give my mum very good care. They understand my mums care needs and work with my mum throughout the day to ensure she is comfortable and is caused the least amount of stress. Yes, the home may lack luxury frills but I would rather the fact that my mum has suffered fewer
infections and is well nourished and is in an environment where the staff seem happy in their work and she sings to herself.

My mum lives in this care home. The care staff are very useful, they take good care of my mum. The home manager is very good and professional at her job and she is very helpful. The chef is good at his job and pays great attention to my mum's meals as mum is a Muslim and he buys halal meat for her.
Mum is very comfortable at Aran Court. I thank everyone at this care home for their service.

My sister and I visited our much loved aunt. She looked so cosy and more importantly, she is well hydrated and clean and with good mouth care evident. The room is clean and no nasty aroma at all which shows that domestic and care staff are providing a very good support to our aunt.

Amazing place, the staff are a blessing, the management too, even down to the cleaning and reception staff. They all can't do enough for you. The care and attention your loved one gets is first class, I wouldn’t want my mother to be in any other place. She loves the food, her room is very spacious and
homely and entertainment is of the highest. Why would we, as a family, not want her to hear she will live out her days in a very happy environment and we, as a family, are very pleased with how she is treated as well as the other residents. Their care is amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Aran Court for making my mums stay as comfortable as she can possibly be.

My mum has been in 8 weeks and I couldn't be happier, the staff treat her excellently and her care is very good, she hasn’t been the same for years, but since being in Aran Court she has had the best care and she is the happiest she has been in years. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone
and recommend anyone to put there mother, father, grandma, grandad etc here, love this place.
