We are so sorry that your Respite stay experience at Richmond Villages Letcombe Regis was not up to the high standard you would rightfully expect. Our priority is always to give the best Customer Service possible to all our Residents. We take the well-being and satisfaction of our Guests extremely seriously. Whilst we do have an admission process in place your comments will help action improvements. Having spoken to you thank you for your kind comments about the Care Home which you found to be very good, great care, and kind and friendly staff. Every Resident comes to Letcombe Regis with different requirements and it is not always possible to meet these instantaneously. Sometimes even with the best intentions clothing can be mislaid and I know you welcomed the goodwill gesture to cover the replacement of these items and the plant to apologise for our delayed response. Nonetheless thank you for taking the time to give us this valuable feedback.
