My mum has been living at Roseville for almost two years. In this time, she has been looked after by the home carers with dignity, care and respect. My wife and I live in Calgary Canada, and we try to visit the UK as regularly as possible. The support provided by your staff gives us the comfort knowing
that she is safe and cared for. Mum has always been an active member of the community and was very outgoing. The staff, in particular the activity coordinator, at Roseville are absolutely awesome. She has a great relationship with her and we can see the mutual respect both ways. We are very fortunate to have weekly video calls where we and our kids (her grandkids) can catch up with events at Roseville. In addition to this we also have access to the photos shared on your social media page. Overall we are very pleased with the level of service and the positive atmosphere at the care home.

My mother's room has recently been decorated and we are very pleased with it - it looks lovely.
Thank you to all involved in this process and for making the job be completed as quickly as possible as my mother doesn't like to leave her room.
All staff pulled together to make this an easy time for
her and we are very grateful.

We would like to thank every staff member on ground floor who supported Mam during her stay at Roseville. Times were challenging but staff never faltered and respected Mam's wishes right through to the end. Mam was treated with dignity and respect at all times and all staff tried their very best to
provide the best support they could which at times wasn't easy. The support for our families was outstanding. RIP Mam.

My wife has been in Roseville Care Centre since October 2021. During this time, she has had first-class care, formerly in dementia care and now in the 24-hour nursing wing. It is a home-from-home. I visit her daily and couldn't ask for anything better. Big thank you to all of the staff and management.

My beloved mum came into the care at Roseville in July 2023 and the holistic care she has received has been completely outstanding. The staff are excellent at their job, which they evidently take extremely seriously to provide the utmost level of care- they treat residents with dignity, understanding,
patience, and knowledge and from what I have personally seen they genuinely care, having gone above and beyond to make my mum’s transition into nursing care as smooth as can be. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Roseville - we, as a family, truly appreciate the difference you have made.

The care at Roseville Care Home, Ingleby Barwick, is first class. The management and staff are warm, friendly and professional. The cleanliness of the home is exemplary.
My father went into the home for respite care for three weeks having been unwell and feeling very down. The improvement in his health
and well-being is remarkable having had the care and attention of the lovely folks at Roseville.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending Roseville.

My Mam's been in Roseville care home since October 2023 and I can honestly say she's come on leaps and bounds since she's been there. She was very poorly and is in the nursing ward, the staff there have been amazing and supportive, nothing is too much trouble for them. I couldn't have asked for a better

My dad has been a resident at Roseville for 2 years, although we had some teething problems at first (to be expected) his care from the cooks up to the management is very good. Any problems are solved if possible and the management, carers, and nurses are fully approachable and help in any way they
can. Recently I had help from a senior nurse to tell my dad of a family death. She was fantastic.

My mam was fast-tracked into Roseville in May 2021 during Covid - from the first phone call from Roseville, the staff provided peace of mind that my mam was in good hands. The care provided by the nursing ward team has been professional and compassionate throughout my mam's two-and-a-half-year stay.
The staff have been patient and kind, always there to help, supporting both my mam and our family.

I can't recommend Roseville Care Centre enough. Twice they have built my nana up from an unhealthy place. She had a fall and within a short time they got her back to her normal self. They are professional, considerate and they truly care. She loves the activities, such as singing and crafts, and all
of the interaction between everyone. I know she's in the best place now and I would recommend it to anyone. I'm so grateful for all of the care and support from all of the staff at Roseville Care Centre.

My mother was living a very isolated life and not eating properly, until my fabulous niece found this home near to her house. She became active, was eating better and overall, was much happier. She recently had a fall, which led to her getting a hip replacement and spending several days in hospital.
This left her physically and mentally exhausted and in pain. Once she was back at the home though, they used their magic again and brought her back to her old self before her fall. I can’t say enough good things about this home and when I visited recently, I was very impressed with what I saw. I wish I lived closer, but the staff at this home have taken a lot of worry off me.

Definitely the right choice after many months of heartache the family has endured selecting the right home for our loved one. Roseville Care Centre, from initial rest bite to now full residency has been just wonderful. Their compassion, kindness and support have been greatly appreciated by all the family.
The staff are true diamonds. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They have created a loving warm environment and should be very proud of what they have achieved.
I’ll second the management comments as all senior managers and staff are very professional and approachable.
Well done team Roseville, keep up the marvelous work. A very appreciative family member.

My father has resided in Roseville for several months now. I have witnessed many changes in the past few months.
Within the month of August/September management changed yet again.
I must say that the new management structure is very good. Two new young managers, very approachable, very professional,
wanting to change issues within the building to suit that of the residents, a massive plus from me.
The Manager and Deputy, keep up the good work, you are doing amazing.

From initial contact with Roseville Care Centre, I have been totally impressed with the overall quality of care, planning and teamwork. The care home manager is very visible and approachable, with excellent insight in management of my mum and the care support needed. The entire care team work together,
are very well trained and knowledgable. I am so happy we have Mum in this home; every point of her care is professional. The nurse's team are truly patient and polite, and I couldn't recommend or thank them enough for their overall approach - fantastic! 10/10.

The staff treated and cared for my mum with love, care and affection. Nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere in the care centre was very friendly and relaxing and if you had any worries, the staff were always there to help. This is a lovely care centre. My mum was on the 1st floor and the staff

Service and care exceptional. I cannot believe that they have done more for my wife in one week than her past care home did in eleven months. My wife is much calmer and happier due to the staff being calm and caring towards her.

I started my career path working in a solicitors at the age of 18 as office junior then in accounts after many years I decided I wanted to change career so went on to do home care, I had heard about Roseville as I had a friend who was a previous employer so applied as care assistant I started as a care assistant and eventually worked my way to a sensor, then asked to move on to the dementia Suite as senior after a couple of years working as senior I was promoted to unit manager I progressed my knowledge by doing as much training as I could. I completed my level 3 then went into do my level 5 as well as chaps after a while I moved back onto ground floor as unit manager and worked hard to gain a good bond with staff and residents. It has also been my desire to continue to develop in my career and I have recently been promoted to Deputy Home Manager at Roseville.

I have always had a passion for nursing and have over 18years experience working in the care sector both private and NHS. I first started out working as a domiciliary support worker, then worked as a care assistant in a nursing home to which I then decided I wanted to complete my general nursing degree. I then went on to work in an acute setting working with dementia and elderly care patients as a health care assistant whilst completing my nursing degree. When qualified as a nurse I began working on a busy admissions unit caring for unwell adults with acute and chronic conditions, to then A&E, working my way up to clinical sister managing life threatening, acute and chronic illness’s. I have lots of skills which I have gained during my time as a nurse and completed several courses such as reading ECG’s, advanced life support, clinical skills and leadership and management. It was then I decided that I wanted to enhance my knowledge and skills and take on a more managerial role working as a clinical lead in a care home setting.
I am very passionate about my role and always strive to ensure that the residents/patients in my care receive the highest level of care and support. I also feel that it is essential to include families, gain trust and build good relationships so that person centered care can be achieved at its best.
