Thank you for your kind words about the home. When you next visit, please either speak to me or one of the nurses so we can update on your mother's care needs, mobility, hearing, etc. We have at least two nurses working every day and I'm here Monday to Friday. Our receptionist can assist you to set up a Direct Debit to make your life easier. Thank you for your suggestion of a secure post box into our reception, we will look into that. I will pass on your praise for the domestic and care teams.

Thank you for your review. Your father needed somewhere he could settle and I am pleased that the Chestnut Lodge is that place. The staff here really are incredible and improve every day. Living with dementia can be scary for that individual but often it is the loved ones who struggle the most. The love you and your family openly give your dad makes his life better and our lives easier.

Graham trained as an RGN at Yeovil Hospital and later managed care homes and domiciliary care companies. He has almost 40 years of experience since leaving the NHS.
His passion is dementia care and was excited to be given the opportunity to open a new care home in his hometown, Yeovil, providing quality care for older people living with dementia.
