Bloomfield Court is a contemporary residential and dementia care home located in the heart of the Tipton community. It continues to welcome new residents, both on a permanent and respite basis.

The home is operated by Anchor and provides dementia care, which is personally tailored to meet the individual needs of customers and enhance their quality of life.

The care team works with customers and their loved ones to create detailed care plans to ensure each individual’s health and care needs are continually met. Anchor provides dementia care and also offer on-going training to care staff to ensure their approach always reflects best practice.

Anchor is England’s largest provider of housing and care for those over 55 years of age and has 60 years of experience as a not-for-profit provider of services to older people.

Anchor reinvests the money made into their retirement properties and care homes, to continually raise standards to provide a high-quality service to surpass the customer’s expectations.

This care home is clean, friendly, the staff and manager give 100% at all times. Residents are happy and treated with respect. I wish the wages for staff were on par with nurses because they give quality care and attention to each resident in the same manner (sometimes better) than when unfortunately
it arises that the person has to be hospitalised. I have first-hand experience that they are kept cleaner with personal hygiene at Bloomfield than in the local hospital. That's the level of care that is at Bloomfield all the time. Thank god.

My Mother has been at Bloomfield Court for about 10 months and during that time the manager and her team have been very kind considerate and caring with regard to her needs. They are always welcoming, friendly and polite. It took a while for my Mom to settle but finally she has and seems much happier.
The staff are always around you never visit and find residents sitting on their own and left to their own devices which was nice to know needless to say my family and I are more than happy with the care Mom is receiving from the team. Keep up the good work. Could do with painting and a new carpet.

The home is a lovely place to live they do everything they can to make everyone happy. They make sure that they are clean and tidy and have plenty to eat. If they are not well they are there by their side. They phone you if they have a fall so you know that is going on. I am very happy with things or
I would not leave my mom there.
