My mother has been a resident here for nearly five years and I have been happy with her care for all of this time. The nursing staff are excellent and her medical needs are well looked after in the home with a doctor being called promptly necessary. The care staff are kind, cheerful and patient and
her room and clothes are kept clean and tidy. She enjoys the food which is varied and of a good quality. There is regular entertainment and occasional trips out.

After looking at a number of homes we found Clarendon Court the best for our aunty. They were expectantly kind, thoughtful, caring with our aunt, she has told us how happy she is and how well the staff look after her nothing is too much trouble for them and what ever time we go. There is always people
we can talk to. We are very happy with Clarendon Court.

My mother is extremely happy in the home as she is surrounded by friendly helpful carers and other staff, and loves to join in all the activities organised by the exceptional
co-ordinator long may it continue. She loves the beautifully kept patio, the plants and entrance.

From our first visit to Clarendon Court we were impressed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our aunt had moved from a different area to be close so we could visit regularly. We chose Clarendon Court mainly because of the friendly and welcoming atmosphere on our first visit. Aunty has settled
really well thanks to the help and support from all the staff. The carers and all staff are very professional and caring. They often go the extra mile to help and support our Aunt. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Our aunt has problems swallowing but the staff do everything from preparing her meals to feeding her in a very caring and dignified manner. Each time we visit we are met with friendly smiling staff from management to cleaners. No matter how busy they are they always have time to chat. The whole atmosphere at Clarendon Court is of a very happy caring home.

I am passionate about providing excellent care to each and every one of our residents. I have the most wonderful team around me and we are extremely proud of our home and the care we deliver.
