Warm and welcome on arrival. Nice and light airy feel with lovely decor. Love the personalised door, nice and colourful. Plenty of facilities, we visited the cafe for coffee morning, how cute!
All staff seem happy and and talkative, very clean, immaculate and homely. Smells lovely (doesn't small like
other nursing homes I visited). Can see time and effort been applied.

Was welcomed at the door and shown to my cousin's room. Coffee supplied. First impression, light and airy, modern. The staff were exemplary, lovely experience. Had a walk to the cafe beautiful. Seems every possible thing is catered for. Overall experience first class.

The staff and people residents at Ashworth Grange are so caring and friendly. The residents are loved and cared for by all the staff. When visiting my mother-in-law, she's usually well dressed and cared for. She's happy and only occasionally in r bad mood, Everyone is kind and caring when dealing with her. We only have occasional problems with false teeth. Otherwise no problems, We wouldn't want her anywhere else. Excellent entertainment
too.

What an amazing home. This sets the standard that others should follow. The care staff are friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. My mum has really settled well and is able to return some of the independence she so values. Highly recommended.

My Auntie was a resident at Ashworth Grange from just prior to Christmas up to the 11th of February. We cannot speak highly enough of the staff, condition of the rooms and premises, the service was really first class and in the short time my Auntie was with you all the family were so pleased and relieved
that we found somewhere for her to spend her last few months where she was cared for and looked after. Cannot thank you enough.

My mother arrived at Ashworth Grange in November 2022 after a 2 month stay in hospital. My sister found Ashworth Grange and on first impression said 'it was like going to a luxury hotel'. And she was not wrong. It is a clean and warming environment surrounded by very knowledgeable and dedicated staff
who go beyond as if looking after one of their own. Pass on our thanks to all of your team!

Sharon

Sharon Troy

As a dedicated healthcare professional, Sharon has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and support to elderly people, to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for residents.


Having worked at Ashworth Grange for many years, Sharon closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every resident.


She extends this caring approach to her colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Sharon remarked:
“Meeting new residents, working with the residents and seeing them smile. The look on families faces when they visit us and see what a beautiful home we have.”


Sharon has also achieved much outside of work, with her proudest achievement being completing 3 skydives for various charities, a wing walk where she raised over £2000 for the Andys man club, and most recently, Sharon has completed an abseil and zip wire for MIND.


Outside of work, Sharon enjoys travelling with friends and spending time with
her son.
