My mother has recently moved into Greenways Court. The management and staff made the whole process and experience stress-free at such a different time.
The facilities and level of care are far superior to similar facilities that I visited before deciding that Greenways Court was the right place for
mam.

My father has been a resident at Greenways Court since January 2017. Throughout that time I have been extremely happy with the quality of care that he has received. The staff are very caring and they know their residents as individuals.
I am very happy with his care and would recommend Greenways Court
to anyone looking for their relative.

My mother has now been a resident at Greenways Court since April 2015. Throughout this time both herself and our family have always been extremely happy with the exceptionally high standard of care she receives on a daily basis.
The premises are well looked after her room is clean and homely. The food
is good.
The staff who care for her on a daily basis are exceptionally good.
They know her well and have a friendly, caring relationship with her.
She is very content to live here.

The care my mother has received at Greenways Court has surpassed all of our expectations. Very friendly staff, who keep us informed of my mother's well being. Her bedroom is clean, light and airy due to the very large windows.


It is certainly one of the best, if not the best care home in the area.

We feel so lucky and relieved that my mother is receiving such excellent care from the management and carers and not forgetting behind the scene staff, catering, cleaning and the very friendly receptionist.

A very high-quality provider whose level of care for my mother-in-law has been very good. When there have been minor issues they have been resolved quickly and effectively. My grandma has been here for three years and loves it.

My aunt was admitted from hospital and has now become a long-term resident. From the beginning, the support and care demonstrated by staff has been excellent. They have gone out of their way to ensure my aunt felt welcome and settled. The engagement between staff and residents is excellent.

The overall experience of my mother going into the care hoe was a very good one. From entereing the home, the family felt supported and reassured my mother would be well looked after.

What does ‘kindness’ mean to you?


“Kind care, for me, is person-centred care. It is all about the individual and their needs.”


Kinga has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and nursing support to elderly people during her 8 years in care work. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and quality of life for Residents.


Having started as Home Manager at Greenways Court in October 2020, Kinga was the perfect candidate as she closely shares HC-One’s vision aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident and has been a deputy Manager at HC-One for 3 years.


Kinga also works hard to arrange events and activities with nearby schools and clubs and is always keen to include the local community in life at Greenways Court.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Kinga remarked:


“Spending time with Residents and listening to their life stories. Talking about photographs and memories Residents have in their rooms.”


“I enjoy supporting and developing my staff in any areas they wish to expand their knowledge, seeing the positive outcome of it makes me really happy.”


Outside of work, Kinga enjoys many activities and hobbies, especially spending time with her family and travelling.
