My qualifications include level 4 NVQ and registered managers award I am trained in Dementia care, Health & safety level 3, Infection control level 2, Cosh trained, and medication trained, I have a good understanding of regulations and legislation I am able to build trusting relationships with residents, relatives, and local multidisciplinary teams.

I started my journey in health care when I joined Horse Fair in 2012. Hello, my name is Dee, and I am the home's administrator.
I joined Horse Fair in 2011 as part of the reception team, bringing with me a wealth of experience. I particularly enjoy welcoming guests and families and growing strong relationships with the residents that continue to this day. In 2020, I moved to become the home administrator, providing the vital administration support that keeps Horse Fair running smoothly.
My role within Horse Fair is very rewarding. I love interacting with Residents, visitors and staff. This is my forever job until I retire, I love working here.

Hello, my name is Andy, and I am the home's maintenance operative.
I have been at the Horse Fair since the home opened in 2010. I'm not just the home maintenance operative, I deliver our morning papers, and go out on walks with the residents, I am also the home resident comedian, though some would say they are dad jokes.
