I am so sorry that you have experienced some negativity, and we would welcome you to discuss this further with the Home Manager allowing us the opportunity to investigate what aspects of dignity and hygiene you are mostly concerned with. Manorhey operates discharge to assess for a small percentage of patients discharged from Hospital for the council, some of which require one-to-one care, the council operates the use of agency staff for these patients sourced by and funded directly by themselves. This will be the reason you have notably identified agency staff on the premises for this purpose only, as Manorhey prides itself on a zero agency use policy and has sustained this standard for a significant length of time. Hi, my name is Natalie, I am the Home Manager of Manorhey. I am new to my post and I have been fortunate to have worked at Manorhey since its establishment in 2010.
It has been a pleasure providing care for the local community for the past 14 years and working alongside the NHS Trafford council and wider multi-disciplinary team.
Our purpose is to be a positive inspiration and influence for the people we work with, live with and support.
