Most of the time the staff are very good with the care and attention given to my husband. They are usually cheerful and considerate. There has, however, been the odd occasion when there was an incident that left my husband having a fall and unable to press his falls alarm due to the fact it was up on
the wall out of his reach.

We cannot thank Cherry Blossom and all the wonderful staff enough. We always felt welcomed and very much appreciated the care and support both my mother and we received during a difficult and emotional time.
The home itself is delightful - light, airy, well/thoughtfully decorated with artefacts and
pictures.
Staff are amazing, caring, smiling, patient people who make my mother feel happy, settled and cared for.

My journey with Cherry Blossom started with a desperate phone call - respite care.
The team were supportive, pro-active, caring and polite. The support they provided to family and my parent could not have been better. Allowing access by phone to put our family's mind at rest was excellent. A big thank

My father arrived at Cherry Blossom Manor at very short notice in April 2019, he has late-stage vascular dementia.
After the initial settling in, issues he has now established a simple daily routine and seems content with his new life/home at Cherry Blossom Manor.
He has made friends with other residents,
joined in sing-a-longs and has been on a day trip. There are other regular daily activities he has yet to sample. The friendly staff are always on hand to talk to him and help with day to day tasks such as washing/shaving/dressing/eating hi meals. He is well thought of by the staff who look after him.
I am happy my father is in a safe and caring environment and am pleased with the level of care he is currently receiving.

The nurse was very helpful, kind and considerate.

The residents at Cherry Blossom Manor are well looked after and I would gladly have family here. The building is well maintained with a lovely cafe with what you need for a visit. The gardens are kept lovely. The staff are all very friendly. The only down side is that it is very expensive to stay in
any care home now.

Both my father and my mother moved into Cherry Blossom Manor in January 2018. My mother suffers from dementia and my father has vascular Dementia following a brain haemorrhage.
My father recently passed away and the general care and the nursing care he received at Cherry Blossom Manor was excellent,
particularly in his last few days. Likewise, the care my mother receives is excellent, due to the dementia, she is anxious a lot of the time and forgets that my father has died. The carers do a good job of keeping her as calm as possible.

My nan's care review takes place every 6 months.
She is now bedridden and has dementia - she is stable.
We are very happy with the care that is being provided for her and the staff are friendly and know her needs well.

1. Very noisy at night time.
2. Food, is hot, should be on a hot plate - don't like tepid food.
3. Only had one shower in 3 weeks. No bath offered.
4. Staff really lovely. Very kind.

Every member of staff are more than helpful and try in difficult circumstances to give my mother the best care possible and if there is a problem they try their hardest to solve it.
