The improvement we have seen in our Nan in less than 4 months has been outstanding and is as a direct result of all the employees at Alexandra Grange (from all levels). The activities that the team get our Nan involved in has put such a smile on her face that we never imagined would be possible at the start of this hard journey of choosing a care home.

My name is Pinky and I have been a nurse for 27 years, having spent most of my nursing career within the care home sector in the UK for 18 years. I have worked as a qualified nurse, clinical lead nurse, unit manager, nursing care manager and deputy manager. I am always passionate about resident care and ensuring individualised care is maintained at the highest of standards. I am a very dedicated and loyal person when it comes to both family and work. I joined Alexandra Grange on the 1st of June 2020 as Deputy Manager. I was very excited to become part of the family and also to be a part of a company that truly believes in providing high-quality relationship-centred care.
I was promoted to the role of General Manager in August 2022. I am extremely honoured and privileged to be given this opportunity. We have a great team who are here for the residents. Together, we enable residents to be who they are as individuals and provide peace of mind to families by ensuring everyone is treated with the utmost respect and dignity.
