We endeavour to supply laundry tags as soon as we have new residents but have experienced some difficulties with our current supplier, this is being investigated and we expect this to be resolved shortly. We work hard to manage residents laundry to a high standard and in this circumstance offered the family a full refund to purchase tags at their chosen supplier.

When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Angela remarked:

Angela’s proudest achievement was winning a national care award for her hard work and dedication to Residents.
