Good day, and thank you for your honest review of our home, Trefoil Lodge. Sorry to hear the experience was not what was expected.
We have been trying our best to adhere to guidelines and regulations as pertaining to the care industry. Some of these adjustments did not suit all families and friends. Perhaps, we can meet and discuss how we can better meet the expected needs. Our new home manager is Priscilla, call anytime. Have a lovely day!
