Both my parents are in The Manor House. It is a very happy place with caring staff. The residents are treated as individuals and all needs catered for. My parents feel like they are living with family. I am happy to leave them where I know they are being well cared for day and night. Visitors are also
welcomed by staff and are happy to deal with any queries on the spot. We couldn't imagine life without The Manor House now.

The care my mum has received at the Manor House has been amazing. It was a difficult decision to move my mum into full-time care and the staff have made such effort to make sure this happened as smoothly as possible. I cannot fault the care she has received and the facilities are fantastic. I have really
noticed an improvement in my mum over the past few months and so have others. I cannot recommend more highly.

My dad has been here for about 9 months and is extremely happy. Every time I visit he says he has no problems and that the people here are wonderful.
He is very well cared for, physically and emotionally.
The staff have gone out of their way for him, helping him to begin new activities and providing
stimulating activities such as crazy golf, art classes as well as lovely visits.

My mam has been in The Manor House for nearly two years now and I can not think of words to describe how fantastic my mams living environment is. When looking for a home for my mam I wanted somewhere for my mam to go to "live" her life and they have provided that. I would recommend The Manor House in

Issue over Prostrap injection sorted quickly. Ongoing issue with clothes going missing. Inconsistency between staff on shifts to keep to care plan.

Jane is an experienced Registered General Nurse who has chosen to work in the care home sector since she first qualified in 1995. She is passionate about supporting her team to deliver high-quality, personalised care and will often be found working alongside her colleagues in a variety of roles.

Jane is highly visible in the home and her support of staff, residents, relatives and professional colleagues is well acknowledged.
