Rest assured our telephone lines are working properly. Please call between the hours of 9-5 UK time if possible as our time difference might be a constraint. On weekends when our admin is not in, the team leaders endeavour to answer within three rings, unless they are dealing with an emergency. Please let us know if you have suggestions on how we can best facilitate your calls to your mum and we are happy to help. Maybe we can set a schedule like other families who are overseas do.
