The care and support given to my father for the past few years have been exceptional. Particularly considering the Covid-19 pandemic and the difficulties arising from this. Bravo to all the staff and a pat on the back to the management. Well done!

We would like to say a very big thank you to the staff at Windmill House for looking after my cousin so well for the last six months. She is now moving on to a different nursing home due to her ongoing medical needs. During her time at Windmill House, my cousin has been really well cared for and has
been very happy. The staff are kind and thoughtful, have supported us as relatives and have kept us well informed. We are very sad indeed at saying goodbye to Windmill House and will miss the staff very much.

I can’t thank Windmill House enough for all the care and support they gave my mum and me over the last 17 months. From day one, it was the first lockdown I didn’t know anything about the home apart from what I had researched and then phoning them, they were very welcoming and friendly. Mum received
the best care that I could have wished for. All the staff were very aware of Mum’s needs.
I was kept informed about everything regarding Mum and when I called them, they had time to talk and discuss what Mum had been doing and how she was.

In my experience, the Windmill House team have gone above and beyond to make sure that my dad's transition from being at home to living at Windmill House, during the current Covid-19 situation, has been done as caringly and successfully as possible. He settled in well and we have all been made to feel

My aunt was very well looked after. Windmill House staff looked after her extremely well. In conversation, my aunt was very happy with the food, her room and the general feel-good factor within the home. It has been a particularly trying time for the home, due to covid but the family, again have been
impressed that all regulations were met at all times, to keep my aunt safe and well. A big thank you to all the staff.

I feel very happy to see Mum so settled and well cared for at Windmill House. Her room is clean and tidy. Photos have been put up, making it her own personal space. Mum tells me she is happy and that I should "get my name down now" for a place!

My Nan, who has sadly now passed away, was cared for at Windmill House in her last 6 months of life and in that time I cannot thank the staff enough for all the loving care they gave to her. Windmill House is a friendly, caring, well looked after care home and I would highly recommend this home to my

I always believe that caring for the residents is done through a partnership between families and everyone in the care home including the members of the multidisciplinary team. What makes Windmill House special is our commitment to making this a homely environment where visiting the residents is like coming to their own home and seeing friendly faces just like we are all one happy family.
