At Cotman House, we take great pride in ensuring we deliver high-quality care and facilities meeting all our resident's requests and needs. As soon as we were aware of your preference in regards to the layout of the room, we were able to address and accommodate your mother's wishes. We are also happy to report that we have reviewed the audibility of our buzzer/alarm system to ensure they cause minimum disturbance whilst still being an effective means of our residents alerting our team should they require assistance.
We always welcome the opportunity to review and improve upon what we offer and thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.

Kirsty trained as a qualified nurse and within 6 years she became a Home Manager. She believes that every day is an opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life by making changes to the environment, putting things in place to reduce risk or even just by making someone smile and feel loved.
Kirsty is incredibly enthusiastic and loves that every day at Cotman House is different. Her passion for the role is infectious, and she tries to come up with new ways of working and new ideas on how to improve practice on a daily basis.
