Thank you very much for your feedback that we will be pleased to share with the staff. It is good to know that your mother’s dietary requirements are being catered for. Providing the required number of staff is also very important to us in order to reach the high levels of care and this is certainly one of the priorities for our management team. Jo returned to Randolph Hill in 2017, as Deputy Manager, after managing a nursing home in New Zealand for 8 years. Jo was promoted to manager in 2019, then Senior Manager in 2021 and is now Care Quality Manager.
