Neem Tree is a modern, purpose built care centre, offering elderly nursing and dementia care. It is situated in Greenford, Middlesex, with easy access to the boroughs of Ealing, Brent, Harrow and Hounslow. They also have a dedicated Asian Care wing. Neem Tree has been thoughtfully designed and tastefully decorated so as to meet the needs of resident groups. All rooms are single rooms with en-suite shower facilities. Each room is fully furnished and has a telephone point, a nurse call-bell and its own flat screen TV. Each of the three floors has its own comfortable lounges and dining areas where residents can relax. They are also a place to socialise, watch television or entertain guests. In addition, they have a quiet lounge, media room and a hairdressing salon. For nursing clients they provide state of the art profiling beds and where required can install ceiling hoists.

My brother has been residing at Neem Tree Care Centre from June 2018 to March 2019. I visit him at least twice every week. I can't praise the care my brother has had, every aspect of care received has been 100%. This home has changed my brothers life. He is so happy. All the staff are always so caring.
The nursing he receives is also excellent. My brother does have a high level of nursing needs. Thank you Neem Tree.

My brother-in-law has been a resident at Neem Tree for 2 years and 3 months and he has been very happy there. He was well looked after and never neglected. His medication was administered well and his medical records kept well so that whenever needed to visit hospital for regular appointments I could
supply the doctors with well-kept information. Apart from conditions which he had before he went to Neem Tree he was kept in good health which only deteriorated in the past few months, after his 95th birthday. His dignity was respected to the end and he was nursed with loving care and attention. This care was to all. An excellent care home highly recommended.

My nan stayed at Neem Tree Care Centre until her passing in October 2018. Her 8 months there saw her body in major decline, but the staff were extremely attentive, particularly during any illness. She was well cared for and treated with dignity and respect. The management team were always available
to assist with queries and showed great concern for her welfare. The nursing team ensured she was clean and well fed and treated her like family. We are very pleased with the treatment she received.

Neem Tree staff and care for my mum was excellent and if this source was in Harrow I would never move my mum and make it a permanent resident there.

I am really very impressed by this care home. I don't always announce my visits, as I know by now the meal times etc... But every time I come I can see the same, exemplary cleanliness and extremely kind staff tending to the people in their care.
In every contact with a resident and indeed with visitors
like me, every staff member smiles is very friendly and kind.
They are very attentive to the issues of comforting the residents, I watched how the friend I came to see, who is now no longer on her feet, was gently helped into a position that was more comfortable for her, her pillows and blankets adjusted. All done with tenderness and patience.
Sad though it is to see my friend in her ever worsening state, seeing how well she is being cared for I find reassuring.

My father in law was a resident of Neem Tree Care Home during the last three months of his life where he received care and attention that can only be described as fantastic. The dedication of the staff ensured he was comfortable and cared for which certainly made him feel happy. The staff and management
at Neem Tree are to be commended for making the lives of the residents as happy as possible which in turn made us, the relatives, also happy to know that they were in good hands.
