My husband has been in Hallmark Anisha Grange for the past 12 months suffering with dementia.
The care that he has been given over the last year has been amazing. The staff are wonderful, so kind and considerate, nothing is too much trouble. I visit him frequently and I feel the atmosphere is always
cheerful and welcoming. Well done Anisha Grange!

Just had to leave a review on Anisha Grange's themed garden party today!
What an amazing day it was in their beautiful summer garden, which was bursting with glorious flowers and full of colour!
The decorations for this event were spectacular!
The entertainment was breathtaking with the drummers
and dancers, then in the afternoon, there was a lovely gentleman singer, singing all the old-time songs that a lot of the residents could remember and sing along to.
The residents and their families were full of smiles and laughter.
The managers and carers worked so hard all day making sure everyone experienced an amazing day and was looked after.
Nibbles and drinks were available all day and offered constantly.
Anisha Grange's carers are so very caring, loving and nothing is too much trouble for them.
My mum has the best care there and it is such a relief to know she is looked after by an 'outstanding' care home.
Well done Anisha Grange!

Me and partner visited for their yearly garden party (themed).
As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by the stunning, creative imaginative decor of beautiful bright colours of the themed country.
The staff embarrassed every aspect and attention to detail from their costumes to the amazing party
food and entertainment.
The entertainment they brought in from the brilliant drummers and the spectacular female dancer. Was out of this world. And a nice touch for the residents having the entertainer in the afternoon. All were brilliant in engaging with the residents.
Finally, a massive well done and thank you to the management and staff for not only doing their amazing day-to-day care but also embarrassing the theme and getting the residents involved.
Thank you again can't wait for next year!

I cannot praise Anisha Grange highly enough. Mum receives the very best of care from all the staff. Since Mum became a resident it has been such a relief to know that Mum has been continually well cared for in every aspect by such lovely, kind, caring and hard-working staff. My mum came here in October 2023, we have been so happy with everything. Great staff, rooms, food and nothing is too much trouble. The place is clean and staff friendly and knowledgeable. They all genuinely care. Would not hesitate to recommend Anisha Grange for the best care. Lots of activities for

My mother needed a nursing home following a fall and long hospitalisation. This came as a shock and stressful time for us all.
Alisha Grange Care Home could not have been more helpful or reassuring. We were entering a world that was unknown to us. The staff at this home have helped us at every stage
of this journey and continue to do so.
My mother moved into a comfortable room with all the facilities to hand. All staff made her (and us) extremely welcome and explained everything.
She has settled well and has made enormous progress since moving into Anisha Grange. She receives fabulous care and delicious, nutritious meals. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff. She has her hair and nails done each week which gives her a boost.
Visitors are always welcomed. Anisha Grange continues to be the perfect place for my mother, who cannot live independently. We thank them for continuing to help us keep Mum safe and extremely well cared for.

Anisha Grange agreed to take Mum in September 2022. The care home that Mum had been with for 6 years were unable to cope with her needs. The dementia unit looked after Mum extremely well. They couldn't have done more for Mum in January and February 2023 when she broke her hip and had to go to hospital.
They were so supportive in the period leading up to her passing on 11th Feb 2023. Our thanks for your outstanding care.

Anisha Grange welcomed Mum and our family when we were in the deepest despair. The staff are so kind and have developed a very caring bond with Mum - they treat her with dignity and respect at all times. From the personal carers to the activities team, catering staff, housekeepers, nurses and administrators,
there is a sense of patient-centred care. They make what is a difficult time bearable for us all, but especially for Mum, and we feel very blessed to have her there.

I know I'm a little late, but I would like to congratulate everyone on the brilliant 'Bloom' garden party the other Friday. It was a fabulous occasion! Again, it was obvious that a huge amount of work and thought had gone into this event and it's so appreciated. There was such a warm and lovely atmosphere.
On a personal note, Dad was visibly moved (in a good way!) by the music and entertainment at the party. We all thought he seemed a bit brighter in himself and more communicative as a direct result of this social occasion and he was able to articulate to us that he thought it was all great!

The entire setup is caring and delightful. The main reason I'm writing this review is because my long-term friend is so happy to have chosen Anisha Grange Care Home, now she has great mobility and speech problems and her husband has died she is still totally compos mentis, well able to voice anything
she might be unhappy with. I was particularly impressed with the happy atmosphere and positive communication between service providers and residents.

Anisha Grange is an excellent care home, and the staff are extremely helpful both to residents and visitors.
From the first phone call we made to see if they could help, as I am under 65 and needed emergency respite care (our wet room floor was leaking, and the builders needed to move in for an extended
period), things were sorted very quickly with a nurse visit to my home, and then me moving in for a month.
I was looked after brilliantly, my medication and food allergies were sorted, the chef spoke directly to me, and I can certainly recommend the food along with the various activities. They even named all my clothes for me, which was a huge relief and spared Mum having to do it.
I would give over five stars, but it will only let me give five.

Anisha Grange were outstanding when we needed to organise respite care at short notice. I am honoured to be a part of the team as General Manager at Anisha Grange. I have worked in the care sector for over ten years. I qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 2013 and spent the first 6 years of my nursing career working in Accident and Emergency before making the decision to transition into working within care homes.


I have a passion for Palliative care caring for those living with Dementia and supporting residents to lead an active and meaningful life.


Our aim is to deliver relationship-centred care in a nurturing and engaging environment so all our residents can live happy and fulfilling lives.


In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my cockapoo Rosie and my horses.

My name is Rabea and I am the Customer Relationship Manager at Anisha Grange Care Home Billericay.


I have been working in the care industry for 5 years, and when I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my 4-year-old son, who keeps me very busy.


My role is to support families who are looking for care for their loved ones and find the right care solution for them. The best part about my role is watching our residents settle into their new homes, make new friends and get the best quality of life.
