The care being given to my husband is superb, nothing is too much trouble. As he is in bed all the time, he is moved frequently to avoid any pressure points. The staff are most attentive, the carers treat him with love and respect, and everyone remembers what his likes and dislikes are. His mental
state has improved so much since he arrived at Anisha Grange, due mainly to the fun and laughter that he shares with the staff, and their constant efforts to stimulate his well being. From hardly eating at all when he arrived at Anisha Grange, he now thoroughly enjoys his three-course meals and the variety of beverages provided to accompany them. Every effort is made to facilitate regular visiting in spite of the Covid-19 restrictions, whilst ensuring that all residents and staff are kept as safe as possible. The surroundings are beautiful and very well maintained, and the facilities are more than equal to a top-class hotel. Thank you to everyone for their care and attention.

Anisha Grange looked after my mother for 2 1/2 years before she passed away in December 2021. During her time at Anisha Grange, all of the team members went out of their way to look after her. The care was exemplary. They tried to maintain her dignity at all times. They were kind, thoughtful and so
caring. The management, nursing staff, and carers are all the loveliest people. I can not recommend Anisha Grange highly enough. It is a bit like a five-star hotel! My mother was very happy there.

While here I have been overwhelmed by every person's extreme kindness, no matter what their particular task may be. Because I am fit and able to move around easily and have good health, I couldn't possibly have any reason for complaints but my one frustration was poor communication for phone signals.
I appreciate that is not the fault of the management - I only mention it because it was so inconvenient to go outside to get a signal. However, I give my very sincere and grateful thanks to all who made my stay a holiday.

Anisha Grange is a top-class, five-star care home in Billericay. My uncle was only there for a short time before passing away but the care he received was exemplary. The care he received was attentive and maintained his dignity in his final days. I would not hesitate to recommend Anisha to anyone and

I was a resident for respite following Covid. My husband was in the nursing wing for end of life care. He passed away after 2 weeks in the Home. It was a sad and distressing time for all our family.
Anisha Grange - both management and all the staff, without exception, were excellent throughout.
Management
- always responsive, compassionate and highly professional.
Nurses and carers, Nursing Area - provided highly professional care at all times, regular care and more whenever needed with a warmth and genuine concern for my husband, giving him help, respect and dignity at all times. Links to the Hospice well used.
All staff, Residential Area - wonderful people whose kindness, support, professionalism and genuine compassion were constants throughout my stay, night and day.
A lovely room, garden, coffee lounge and sitting areas. Delicious flexible menu, excellent laundry, hairdressers, reception and communication to family. Thank you for everything - a superb team!

This has been a very unusual month because of the covid-19 virus. I opted to have the vaccine and have suffered no ill effects. The worst problem for me has been boredom, and the inability to mix also. I also miss my daily use of the stairs (vital if I am going to be able to visit my local family again).
It was a great relief to have our usual staff back after the Christmas break and to feel that normality is back within sight.

We understand it is an unusual time for our residents, but to reduce the risk of infection and to keep everyone safe we are encouraging 1:1 stimulation/activity. The team has successfully delivered a range of 1-1 sessions under such very challenging circumstances and the isolation of residents was not a decision taken lightly. We anticipated this would cause frustration and boredom but we kept everyone safe due to the elimination of group activities and socialising until the full vaccination program had been completed and risk of an outbreak eliminated. However, our 1-1 sessions have been undertaken with very best intentions to see every resident for some meaningful interaction on a daily basis. We too look forward to group activities returning and the ability to utilise our beautiful gardens, the cinema and Café along with all our friends and fellow residents.

Firstly, I am grateful to the Anisha team for keeping my 100-year-old mother safe from Covid 19, whilst assisting her with Skype calls and arranging 'distanced' visits in the garden gazebo. Throughout these trying times, everyone I dealt with was unfailingly cheerful and helpful.
On 11th September
my mother fell and broke her hip when walking unaided to the bathroom. Throughout her 10-days hospitalisation (no visits permitted), the senior carer kept in touch with the ward and helped us understand Mothers condition. In preceding months, Mother repeatedly told us how well looked after she is, and how good the meals are. Now she is back at Anisha they are encouraging her to eat and regain some strength.
There seems to be a remarkably caring culture at Anisha, which is a credit to the management and all the staff. Despite understandable reservations about leaving her own home of 70-years, Mother has been consistently confident in and contented with the care she has received at Anisha.

My mother has been at Anisha Grange for over a year now, has nothing but praise for the standard of comfort and care that she has. At 100, Mother needs help with many of the most personal aspects of everyday life, which are undertaken with willingness and understanding. She enjoys visiting the salon
and having her hair and nails done, and we have all made use of the coffee lounge. Everywhere you go, the staff are friendly, helpful and as regular visitors, you become part of the Anisha Grange family.
At this very difficult time of lockdown, the management has certainly been on the ball with procedures and measures to protect both staff and residents. We have been kept informed of developments and policies. Video calls have been set up to enable me to contact the mother. It seems to me that the whole team do their very best each day to support the residents. I have every confidence that my mother is safe and being well looked after, thanks to the dedicated team of carers and excellent management.

I visit my friend once a week and whichever day I come, the staff are always busy, helpful and friendly to visitors and residents. The atmosphere in the home is one of the best I have experienced in visits to many homes over the last five years. I always feel that the residents are treated with kindness
and respect whatever their mood of the moment is! The staff are very patient and involve residents in all activities.

Job Title: General Manager

I am honoured to be a part of the team as General Manager at Anisha Grange. I have worked in the care sector for over ten years. I qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 2013 and spent the first 6 years of my nursing career working in Accident and Emergency before making the decision to transition into working within care homes.


I have a passion for Palliative care caring for those living with Dementia and supporting residents to lead an active and meaningful life.


Our aim is to deliver relationship-centred care in a nurturing and engaging environment so all our residents can live happy and fulfilling lives.


In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my cockapoo Rosie and my horses.

My name is Rabea and I am the Customer Relationship Manager at Anisha Grange Care Home Billericay.


I have been working in the care industry for 5 years, and when I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my 4-year-old son, who keeps me very busy.


My role is to support families who are looking for care for their loved ones and find the right care solution for them. The best part about my role is watching our residents settle into their new homes, make new friends and get the best quality of life.


I’m always on hand to support both the residents and their families, and also our local community of Billericay.
