My dad has been in Diamond House for the last eight months and we have total peace of mind that he is being well cared for and looked after. The home is friendly and well run, the food is marvellous and the staff are brilliant and treat everyone with respect. They involve family members with special
days. We went to a fabulous bonfire party which we all thoroughly enjoyed. The staff made sure all the residents who wanted to participate were kept warm and encouraged to join in with the festivities. Our dad really likes it here and we can't thank the home enough for all they have done and continue to do for our dad.

My mother has been in Diamond House for approximately 4 months. She was admitted with dementia. The home is decorated with dementia in mind. The staff are all brilliant and professional with a very caring outlook for all residents. The food is very good. The grounds and the house cat give it a very
homely atmosphere. I was worried about my mum going into a home but the management and staff at Diamond House have reassured me. The home lets residents be independent but with help at hand if needed. There are numerous activities that the staff involve the residents in, including painting, Bingo and singing to name just a few. The staff make the residents feel that it is their home. The home also embraces visitors and invites are extended to special occasions such as firework night street parties etc.

My Mum has been at Diamond House since June 2017 and absolutely loves it. She settled in immediately and has made many friends, enjoys the company, and likes to get involved in most activities organised by the staff at Diamond House. A lot of what they do relating to activities is also good exercise
and great fun for all the Residents. We have seen a vast improvement in my Mum's welfare and very happy that she is being well looked after at Diamond House. All the Staff are very helpful and always have time when we need to discuss anything. I would have no hesitation in recommending Diamond House to anyone.
