We treat all complaints against our homes extremely seriously indeed and all complaints raised are fully investigated by our quality team at head office and done so independently of the home.
While we are not at liberty to discuss the personal details of any case. We can confirm that you have visited the home on several occasions since Christmas Day and have not raised this with any member of our staff at the home level or at head office, we can also confirm that our entry system shows that you did not visit our home on Christmas Day.
