The gentleness of the staff, the lovely calm environment, the care given to my mother (and me) was outstanding. Everyone who works at Newbridge House showed Dad kindness, care and compassion throughout his stay there. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The home is everything you could wish for when looking for a place of safety for your loved ones.
We were lucky to find it several years ago for Mum, and
it is still as brilliant now, as it was then.

Nicola has over 27 years of experience in the care & nursing sector. As an ex-learning disabilities nurse, she has commissioned and managed several different care facilities including being responsible for numerous nursing homes as an area manager. Nicola specialised in elderly/Dementia care some 16 years ago and gained a Dementia care mapping award. Nicola also holds the registered manager award.

Fran Bodo is Newbridge House’s Deputy manager, who has worked at the home since it opened. Fran has over 12 years experience of in supporting elderly people with dementia and mental health issues. Fran holds level 5 NVQ in care and works closely with Multi-Disciplinary Team to manage the Health and well-being of our residents. Fran is also Newbridge's Diversity Champion.
