Overall Experience

During my mum's time at Charing House Care & Nursing Home I have found the staff to be exceptional in all areas of care they provide to her. Management are always around and happy to chat, should I have any questions about my mum's care, and when I visit I've always found Charing House to be clean and

tidy.

Overall Experience

It is lovely when I visit my father, to see how well he is being looked after. The staff are very caring and have gotten to know him very well during his time at Charing House and know when I go home that he is in safe hands. Charing House employs an activity coordinator who does a great job in organising

events and activities, which my father enjoys and takes part in. Thank you, everyone.

Overall Experience

Charing House Care & Nursing Home is a wonderful place to live. The management and staff are excellent and do everything they can to make sure my mum is being well cared for and have nothing but praise for them for the work they do. Her bedroom and communal spaces are well kept, clean and there is a

lovely secure garden area which is nice during the warmer weather.

Overall Experience

The staff at Charing House Care & Nursing Home are exceptional and have left no doubt in my mind that I chose the right care home for my mother and have shown nothing but dignity and respect towards her. Charing House takes care of everything, her meals, laundry and medication, nothing is too much trouble.

Her room is well furnished and kept tidy and when I have visited the staff are very friendly and welcoming towards me.

Overall Experience

Charing House Care & Nursing Home has met all my expectations and more. The staff are compassionate, friendly and have built up a good relationship with my father. The care home is kept clean and the activities staff do a really good job in creating a pleasant atmosphere with games and music for my

father and other residents. The food is excellent and the management are accessible if and when I have any questions about my father's health.

Overall Experience

I found it very difficult having to look for a care home for my dad, it wasn’t easy trying to find a care home which could give him the care he needed. However, after looking at many care homes I decided that Charing House Care & Nursing Home was the best place for him. The staff at Charing House are

very kind, caring and I am confident that he is in the best place he possibly can be. He enjoys the company of the other residents and the home is clean and activities are provided on a daily basis.

Overall Experience

The care my father receives at Charing House Care & Nursing Home is of the highest quality and I’ve been very impressed with how the staff interact and care for him. They all show such compassion towards my father I can’t praise them enough. My father's room is kept clean, washing taken care of and

a variety of activities and entertainment takes place, there is also a lovely secluded outdoor garden area which my father and other residents enjoy. I couldn’t have wished to have chosen a better care home for my father to be cared by. Thank you all.

Overall Experience

My mum is very happy at Charing House Care & Nursing Home and all aspects of her care are met to a high standard. The staff and management are caring and very knowledgeable, should I have any questions about my mum's health they are always quick to respond. The home is kept clean and they have a wide

Overall Experience

My father's room is comfortable, has en-suite facilities and is well furnished. Charing House has a large dining room, lounge and has a beautiful, fully accessible garden. The staff are attentive, kind, caring, patient and keep me informed of any medical issues that may occur with my father and make

the necessary arrangements to see the dentist, nurse etc. My father is offered plenty of food, which he enjoys and is of good quality.

Overall Experience

There is no doubt in my mind that choosing Charing House Care & Nursing Home was the right decision for my mum. My mum has dementia, which can be challenging however, the staff are caring, attentive and give my mum the time and attention she needs to look after her. The staff and manager keep me informed

about any issues that arise with my mum's care and the activities staff do a fantastic job arranging events to keep my mum and the other residents stimulated.

Overall Experience

The staff at Charing House are very friendly professional welcoming and polite. The care and safety of the residents is their top priority and is a care home where everyone is treated with dignity and compassion. The food is good and there is always a choice of what to eat. My mum is encouraged to take

part in the activities and enjoys the company of the other residents. The home is warm clean and a pleasant environment to be in. For anyone looking for a care home for their friend or relative, I would strongly recommend Charing House.

Overall Experience

Since my mother moved into Charing House she has been treated with respect and love at all times. There is a positive culture at the home, the staff are lovely and always make time to chat with her. There is a dedicated activities team that goes out of their way to provide entertainment and games like

The staff and facilities at Charing House are fantastic. The care and attention they show my mum is outstanding. They have devoted staff who work tirelessly to give the best care possible. Overall Experience

My brother was in Charing House. He was discharged from hospital in a very poorly state. Charing House was amazing, so, so caring, kind and extremely lovely. They cared for my brother to the end of his life. I am truly grateful to all the staff. I will never forget the care and love they gave my brother

for the two weeks he was there. Thank you, Charing House.

Overall Experience

My mother has been at Charing House for a while now. I am really happy with the care Mum receives. Mum always looks happy and healthy so I really can’t ask for anymore. Charing House built a pagoda earlier in the year and last time I was there I saw Mum and all the residents outside under the pagoda,

while there was a singer there performing to them all. It is such a great thing for them to have built and has certainly been very good throughout Covid-19 as they are continuing with these special activities that I know my Mum enjoys.
