Thank you for taking the time to review Harden Hall. Thank you for your kind words regarding our staff. I will be sure to pass this on to my team. Care is one of our top priorities, the care of our residents, staff and loved ones. So, I'm very sorry to hear that you think the basic care needs are not always met, as this is something we take very seriously and always prioritise. We have individual care plans for each of our residents, daily activities to make sure our residents have an enjoyable time with us, and our meals are healthy and homemade, made with our residents in mind. Not only that, but we also make sure family members and friends are kept up to date with their loved one's health and what they've been up to. But if you have any recommendations that would benefit our residents, please feel free to give me a call or pop by. My door is always open.
