The staff are really caring and passionate about their roles. They create a lovely atmosphere and have a holistic approach for the resident's families. They listen to the needs and do their utmost to make it happen. Most recently they put on a race night, which is my dad's favourite pastime. It was
a great night which brought family and friends together !!

I cannot thank the staff on Nightingale Unit enough for the care that they gave my mother. They are a very friendly and caring group people. The home is extremely welcoming and homely and there is a lovely atmosphere around the home. As soon as you walk through the doors you just know that everybody
feels at home in the wonderful surroundings.

My Mum was resident in Willow Park April - May 2017, she was admitted from a hospital. Following surgery Mum became confused and her behaviour challenging, it was decided she required 24/7 care. We were fortunate to secure a place in Willow Park, Mum took a little while to settle, but not only did she
settle in Willow Park, she was made to feel safe, secure and loved by every member of staff charged with caring for her.
Everywhere is spotlessly clean, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, residents are happy and content and the staff are just amazing. My Mum received the very best care possible, cared for by a team of wonderful, very professional and extremely caring committed individuals, who work together like a well-oiled machine. They give their all and nothing is too much trouble.
We thank you all, from the bottom our hearts, for not only making Mum's last weeks as comfortable and pleasant as humanly possible but also for the support we received throughout. We are forever grateful.

My sister went into care at the age of 91 and died in this wonderful care home on Nov 16 aged 95 years. It was very difficult having tp put her into care and I thought no one would be able to look after her in the way that I had been doing. But I was proved wrong by the amazing staff at Willow Park.
She was not only cared for but truly loved by all. We had happy and sad days but the support for not only my sister but myself as well was far beyond my expectations. She was treated with patience, dignity and a deep understanding of the need of people with dementia.

After a torturous year in a dreadful care home, finding Willow Park was a dream. The standards are obvious on first entering the home. Beautifully decorated and resourced, spotlessly clean, with period accessories to stimulate and elderly clientele. The staff are incredible. Caring, compassionate, considerate,
kind, and devoted. They completely GET dementia care. My Mum has blossomed in the months she has been in Willow Park. Thank you to all, my worries dissolved overnight. They even look after my visiting Dad.
