I would like to express my thankfulness to the care and love given to my daughter and to see her face smiling with each visit. I can see the rapport she has with the carers. My daughter knows everyone’s name and constantly jokes with them.
Glover house and all staff have truly welcomed my daughter
with a person-centred approach which has truly paid of with her happiness. I would like to say a big thank you to every single one of you for all the love, care and support you give my daughter and for the brilliant communication to myself.
