Our weekly fees are individual to each of our residents and are subject to a pre-admission assessment, which is required to understand the level of care and support needed. Our 2025 weekly care fees for residential care start from £1115 and for nursing care £1274, but may be in the region of 30% more*. This depends on your care needs and the type of bedroom that is right for you, from our standard rooms through to our premium bedroom options.
*If you require more specialist care such as 1-2-1 support, your weekly fee could be higher.

Staffing levels were regularly below
I went to see him one day and yet again he was complaining that cream hadn't been put on his legs - he had cellulitis which was really nasty and in his care plan it stated that he needed the cream on his legs twice a day. When I asked the staff what had happened, I was told that the member of staff had forgotten!
I definitely would NOT recommend this home.

Please accept our sincere condolences on the loss of your dad in December 2016. I am very sorry to hear that the level of care that your dad received was poor and that you would not recommend the home. We took over Rushyfields in June 2017 and have been working with the team of staff to ensure that the quality of care is good, that the staff show kindness and respect to residents, and that the home meets the standards we would all expect for our own loved ones. I am pleased to say that the Care Quality Commission has recently inspected the home and has found that the standards have improved significantly. I appreciate that it is too late for your dad but we wanted you to know that your comments have helped us improve the service for residents in the future. Many thanks for taking the time to submit your views.
