Felbury House Residential Care Home has a family history of over 40 years in running care homes.

They run the home how they would want to live in it and they want you to live here in the same way that you would live in your own home.

70% of the staff have been with Felbury for 5+ years and all are trained to support and encourage independence and dignity at all times. All staff are encouraged to train vocationally and most hold NVQ/QCF level 2 in Health & Social Care as a minimum. However, kindness cannot be taught and this is the core skill they look for when recruiting.

Felbury House Residential Care Home is a luxury 2012 development, designed to suit comfortable daily living for those with care needs. Spacious suites with kitchens and studio apartments are available for long-term residential needs and also for temporary respite (when available), with the scenic surroundings of the picturesque Surrey hills and looking across to Leith Hill - in the stunning village of Holmbury St Mary where they actively support the local church, school and surrounding pubs and small businesses - an ideal location for individuals to achieve a balance of life with care and still involved in community.

Felbury House remained a covid-free home throughout the pandemic due to innovative measures taken and diligent infection control standards.

Personal care needs are met individually based on meeting with you and having an informal chat.

My brother is epileptic and has been looked after with amazing care ever since he first went to Felbury House Residential Care Home. With declining health, he is always brought downstairs to be with other residents and often sitting at the table with a carer talking to him. I have complete confidence
in all the staff and are more than happy to leave him in their care.

My relative has been with you for several months now and is very happy. She says it feels like her home. Everyone is always friendly and very caring. She has enjoyed lots of outings and activities the home organises. She loved the outing today to Wisley butterfly exhibition.

Felbury House is absolutely splendid! All the staff are so helpful and kind. I've lived here for nearly 4 years after being knocked over in Cranleigh High Street, whereby their care returned me to full health and I decided to stay here permanently.

I first went to Felbury house in Holmbury St Marys last year to see one of my family members and was going to write this in December 2016 but completely forgot until I went back to see my uncle who is at this amazing residential Care Home.
I recently went for lunch which is highly recommended if you
ever get to go there as a guest there are three amazing chefs. There you get the choice of the main of the day which I had for my lunch -


Starter - asparagus smoked bacon soup
Main - Baked Salmon With roasted Garlic cloves fresh steamed vegetables
Dessert - Eaton Mess.
And there was an alternative menu as well with 8 more choices.


Not only is the service outstanding and the care staff are constantly there to help you in any way I really can't recommend this home enough every time I have gone there it has been amazing I am so proud to have my uncles in this residential home great job to you all.

Felbury House is unique. It is beautifully furnished and appointed and it is like walking into a large family home. The management team and all the care staff are so caring, knowing each resident personally and treating them all with such dignity and compassion. The atmosphere is so happy and friendly
it is a pleasure to visit at any time of the day. I couldn't wish for a better residential home for my mum. Having long term staff also makes such a difference as they understand all the personal needs of each resident, just lovely- cannot recommend more!
