Jubilee Court is situated in a quiet residential area of Stevenage and provides a number of care options including residential care, specialist dementia care and short term respite care.

The interior of the home includes a number of beautifully designed open plan lounge-diners, each with its own kitchenette, helping to reflect a relaxing domestic environment and all complimented by a contemporary interior décor.

Jubilee Court features the Quantum Care Plaza which includes a hairdressers, a shop and a Best Friends Café, which is the perfect place to sit and relax with visiting family and friends, over tea, coffee and other refreshments.

Each of the bedrooms in the home is en-suite with a shower and is fully furnished. They also benefit from wi-fi connectivity, a nurse call system and a flat screen television.

The beautiful landscaped gardens include patios and occasional seating areas situated along a meandering walkway. There's also a small wooded area and raised platers. The garden is the perfect place to relax in during the warmer months.

Jubilee Court has a dedicated activity worker who ensures that there is a wide range of activities on offer each week so there is always something to get involved with.

My father has been a resident at Jubilee Court since February 2021. He is very happy and settled there. He arrived during the lockdown, but by liaising with the lovely staff, his room was set up with some of his furniture, his ornaments, pictures and photos, so immediately he felt confident and at home.
Fantastic staff who are always happy to help.

Since my mother-in-law was first placed in Jubilee Court, she was wonderfully looked after with dignity, love and respect. When she was ready to pass in June, they took my father-in-law into her room (he was in Jubilee Court as well) to spend precious time with her, which was the best thing ever. My
father-in-law loves all his carers. He is well and truly looked after. I've already told my son's if I ever need to go into care, I would only want to go into Jubilee Court.

My mum came to Jubilee Court two months ago. She has settled in very well. The help and advice I received from the management prior to Mum coming to Jubilee Court were so valuable. When my partner and I visited to view the home and room, I came away knowing that 100% Jubilee Court was right for Mum.
My family and I are happy to know that Mum is in a wonderful home with wonderful people who do really care. She is safe, happy and no longer lonely. She has made friends with the residents and carers. I visit Mum 3-4n times a week, and when I see Mum through the dining room window and her smiling and waving once she notices me, it makes me so happy. Mum chats to everyone, and says "they are all lovely". She loves the food, and she has put on weight! The staff on Holly Walk are wonderful and do an absolutely amazing job. They are so friendly, very approachable, very caring and always take time to talk to you; I am always updated about Mum. Mum's room is lovely, and it has all her personal items in it. We couldn't be happier. Thank you, all.

My Great Nan has been in Jubilee Court for a short time now but I cannot fault the care. Absolutely beautiful and warm surroundings, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and really genuinely care for the residents. My Nan herself is so happy in herself, it’s amazing to see her with a smile on her
face, she’s made friends and chats away to the staff with no hesitation. She’s said herself it’s wonderful.
I cannot stress enough the hard work and care that goes into this home, there are a range of activities that bring everyone together, the surroundings give a sense of calm which is essential for residents and new residents.
Thank you so much to all of the staff who do a brilliant job in taking care of my Great Nan and other residents too, you really put our minds at ease as family members that our loved ones are safe and well taken of, that is priceless.

My mum moved into Jubilee Court at the beginning of March this year. My family and I couldn't be any happier. Jubilee Court is a home from home. The staff are amazing, nothing is ever too much for them. The residents are treated with dignity. My mum has made some new friends since moving in, she is
participating in and enjoying all the activities that the home offers. She is enjoying the lovely food and company every day. The garden areas look lovely and welcoming. My family and I love the community feel about the home. I know that my mum loves it there the fact that she is both safe and well looked after is priceless for the family. I would 100% recommend Jubilee Court to others any day.

My father is self-caring, however, with dementia he often gets confused and the staff are extremely kind to him and always courteous. He is extremely happy living there and regards it as his home. Any queries I have are dealt with promptly and my opinions are always listened to. They always make me

All staff are approachable and caring, treating mum as an individual and meeting all her needs without hesitation. I am always welcomed as though I am in mum's home. If mum is unwell or on rare occasions, upset, I am contacted, talk with mum and she settles. Staff understand her as a person, they can
see beyond the dementation, to the person who has lead a life and is still doing so with their support. There are always activities to stimulate and entertain. All housekeepers, carers and managers respect that this is her home and watch out for anything she needs.

My father has been at Jubilee Court for three years now, he calls it 'home'.
On entering, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming with no smells! The reception staff welcome you like an old friend, smiling and asking how you are. If you have concerns you can discuss them with any of the CTMs. The GP
attends a regular ward round, as well as when needed. The hairdresser, shop and café are on the lower floor with easy access to the garden.
Care staff on the unit are very approachable, compassionate, hardworking and very professional. They say this is my dad's home, he regards them as friends. The laundry and domestic staff are all friendly and work hard. The food is excellent, the dining room designed like home with staff sitting with them.
Plenty of activities to do if wanted, suggestions from residents welcomed. Dad asked to go to a football match, the staff organised for a few to go to the local football ground, Dad thoroughly enjoy this outing.

The comfort of residents is the most important thing to our Housekeeping Managers which is why they work so hard to create an environment in which residents can’t help but feel at home. Multi-tasking and communication skills are some of the most important of the Housekeeping Manager’s qualities as they and their team create a home where residents’ dignity is never compromised and independence is always encouraged. Our Housekeeping Managers ensure that all areas of our home are safe, clean, well maintained and presented in a way to create a warm and homely environment. They have an important role in maintaining our infection, prevention and control standards to make sure our residents stay well.
