Continuity of regular staff. Excellent care home manager. Always seen on duty around residents. I have never seen residents in a room on their own (in the main lounge). Residents always look well presented. A serene environment. Staff have a courteous manner. Twenty years ago I was a care home manager.
It took me a while to find a care home for my aunt. I certainly found it here!

My father in law moved to this care home in March from another excellent care home for his needs and cannot fault the placement. They are very welcoming with a nice cup of coffee and keep you updated with your relative's needs, they cannot honestly do any more than they are doing already and I thank
them all for the dignity respect and compassion they show.

I was worried about my uncle having to go into a home, but I honestly can't describe the happiness I feel at him staying at the Feng Shui. My uncle seems a different person, he is happy and smiling again and if he's happy then I'm happy. I looked around a few homes and found that the cost of this home
is much less than others around, yet the care and service provided is amazing. The staff go above and beyond and nothing is too much hassle. I decided to choose this home as I liked the fact that they don't have a strict routine and they like to keep the individuals daily routine as natural as possible. It's a 'home from home'.

I keep myself to myself but I am included if I want to be.
The food is whatever we want to eat and plenty of it.
My room is decorated yearly.
The manager is there if I need anything.

I can't praise this home enough. The food is excellent the staff are friendly and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. I am now standing on my feet and I haven't been able to do that for a while they encourage me to walk and support my every need. I have new found friends now and I am very happy I found
this home. They have every aid imaginable to get me on my feet. Wet rooms so hoist can assist me.

My wife has been here since November 2017 after being taken to hospital with high blood pressure in October and discharged with confirmation that she had vascular dementia.

I never know what she will be like when I go to see her as her mood can go from being bad-tempered, not talking to being funny talking about things that are new to me.
All the staff do a wonderful job with her as she can be really nasty at times when I have been to see her as I know this is not the person I have lived with for the past 51 years.

I've been visiting my friends at the Feng Shui for over 3 years. Whenever I have visited the home I've felt welcomed, the staff have always been pleasant and informative, if I myself ever need the care of a home, I would wish to be in a place like the Feng Shui, its the place to be and my friend is
very happy here, her husband also enjoyed living at the Feng Shui.

My mother stayed in your home while I was helping to organise the purchase of a bungalow for her as I live in Australia. Whilst she was there, I could not fault the service, overall cleanliness of the home and the compassionate and friendly staff.

My father's condition has deteriorated over the past 4 years. The extra he and all residents get a big thumbs up for the management and staff concerned, I always say that caring is a very special job. We are lucky at Feng Shui House, we have very caring carers. These sort of people are using heroes
of old age and dementia. We were very lucky, but after seeing the rest we eventually picked the best. In our opinion, the best of the best.

Following a fall by my mother (89) which resulted in a hip replacement she and my father (96) spent five weeks of respite care at Feng Shui House Care Home. The level of kindness and care they received has been first rate. They have been happy and for my wife and I, it has been a great weight off our

My father was a resident for a number of years until he passed away in February 2017. The care home were very supportive in the last few weeks. Over Christmas 2017, my parents in law needed immediate additional support. Feng Shui House organised a twin room within 24 hours. They have helped my parents
in law to get settled. The carers have been very helpful and although this is the first time they have lived away from home, they have been made very welcome.

My mother became a resident at Feng Shui House in November 2017 and the staff have helped her settle in very quickly. All the staff know mum and every time we visit they know where she is and what she's been doing. The atmosphere is always friendly and visiting is a good experience. They have entertainment,
nails and hair done and a visiting chiropodist and I believe all mums needs are met. Some of the rooms could be smartened up/decorated but on the whole, we would prefer the intimate friendly vibe that's on offer to a pristine accommodation.

My uncle has been a resident of Feng Shui Care Home for over 12months, and I only wish we could have got him in earlier.
The previous care home was dreadful and Feng Shui shows how a care home should be managed.
The staff are very friendly and caring, the home is clean and comfortable.
My uncle
was admitted to hospital with pneumonia and thankfully after nearly 2 weeks, he was allowed home to Feng Shui, where the staff are doing everything to make him more comfortable.
A lovely atmosphere when we come to visit him and nothing is too much trouble.
First class.
