Parker Meadows is a beautiful, purpose-built care home, offering high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care. The dedicated and passionate team empowers residents to live fulfilling lives.

Furnished to the very highest of standards, it offers a homely yet luxurious environment, with all residents having en-suite rooms. The home offers excellent facilities, including a hair and beauty salon and bright café, perfect for residents and their families. Externally, there are beautifully landscaped sensory gardens.

Parker Meadows also has six bungalows for residents who want to retain their independence, whilst still enjoying the facilities and services provided in the main building of the care home.

I feel that the staff respects me and meets my care requirements. The staff treats me with dignity which is very much appreciated. I recently lost my wife of 64 years. We were in the home together. The care and attention she received was second to none. Thank you. I know my daughter feels that I am

The Covid restrictions have meant that this is only my third visit to my aunt's room in the past year. I have really missed her. I came into contact with four members of staff today. My words to describe their interaction with us today are; professionally, precise, efficient, an ease and willingness
to everyone and interact, and not least, a very genuine kindness. My aunt has an antisocial personality and dementia, all the staff allowed her to "be herself" and respect her wishes. She really likes living at Gracewell, and I am so very reassured by that. After her long scenarios of decline physically and mentally, I know that my husband and I have found the best possible care for her.

We have felt that our family member has been well cared for and kept safe during these difficult times. The communication has been great and the options open to us to keep in contact well organised. My father's stay was very brief, 7 months, but during this time he was made to feel comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas activities and his birthday. The staff show great compassion and make a warm welcome on visiting, I would certainly recommend Gracewell to any people that I meet as a
suitable nursing home for an elderly person to spend their last days.

My mother has been at Gracewell for 18-months now, and I have to say, we (her family) are all so happy about her care. During this very hard time with the coronavirus, they have all been so kind and looked after her so well. I did manage to Facetime her, and she always tells me how kind all the staff

During lockdown, obviously we have not been able to visit our relative, but we have been kept in touch and up to date each week with great photos and news snippets. My Aunt went into Gracewell Fareham in February 2020 after a spell in hospital. We looked at several homes, but all had one or two things that we were not happy with. Finally, after a suggestion from the sister of the ward she was in we went to Gracewell. We were impressed by our reception and the professionalism
of the staff we met. After they reviewed my aunt, we agreed to her going there. We have never regretted that decision. She was welcomed, and her room beautifully prepared. All staff including domestic, nursing, catering, managers, maintenance and occupational have been perfect for her. She enjoys eating, and we cannot fault the food. The home also dealt with the Covod-19 outbreak speedily and as a result, have had no infections. They are easing visiting restrictions very gradually to ensure safety. We would like to thank all staff for their very hard work during this difficult time. At all times the home has maintained communication with us even though we could not visit.

The team on the nursing floor were excellent (and your admissions manager). My father went to Gracewell, initially for respite, but the stay was extended when lockdown began. Communications were very good, using video conference calls to keep us in touch during this time, as well as newsletters to family
showing events run for the residents. Sadly, my father succumbed to his Parkinson's condition before the lockdown ended, but we cannot thank the staff enough. They kept us in touch throughout and ensured we were part of any decision making. We were very pleased with Gracewell throughout.

A truly wonderful place. My mother has Alzheimer’s and moved into Gracewell in December. There really aren’t enough words to describe the love, care and attention my mother receives each day. The staff have maintained an extremely safe environment- and with the huge challenge with COVID they have been
wonderful, not a single case; I’m so very grateful for all they do. iPads purchased for keeping in touch, daily activities, the list goes on forever.

I cannot praise this care home highly enough in all aspects that you could ever wish for. In a time of need, they came to my rescue and from that moment on they have been fantastic, offering support and care to the highest standards alongside facilities, support and standards that you would really wish

Dad has been a resident of Gracewell since its opening. Through lots of changes, one thing has always been consistent. The high level of compassionate, empathic, quality care from all staff. During dad's final two weeks, of end of life care, the staff on the top floor were amazing. Dad, myself and sister
