Excellent home, the love and care given to my father was great! The rooms are clean, smart and warm. All carers are brilliant and helpful. For a short while, the home felt like a second home for myself and my wife and siblings.

Outstanding care in Hillcroft House. Extremely clean and comfortable with excellent food.
Most impressive features are the staff who all offer constant help and encouragement often before requested.
Their attitude to long term residents is patience, humour and genuine affection, knowing what each
individual will thrive on.
The atmosphere is always positive and cheerful and grumbling simply doesn’t happen.
It is almost impossible to put into words my admiration and gratitude to all concerned.

The staff at Hillcroft House have gone over and beyond to make my mother's residential and nursing stay as comfortable as possible. They have also been brilliant with me, both over the phone and during visits - which helps a lot when you see someone declining.
The home is spotless, food good and plentiful,
laundry very efficient and the staff are open to all suggestions...It's also a lovely location - would highly recommend.

My mother was the first resident to move into Hillcroft House, Galgate and was there for a number of years until her recent death. All the people she came into contact with there treated her with dignity, respect and love.
I live far away from the home but whenever I visited I was welcomed and in
the final months, particularly, I was kept well informed and allowed to be close to my mother. The compassion shown was just right and so welcome at this very difficult time. My mother never had cause for complaint and I would have no hesitation in recommending the rooms, the facilities and the staff.
