Weavers House is a purpose-built nursing home, able to take on a wide range of personal needs while also specialising in provision for adults with a form of dementia.

The provider values its reputation for person-centred care, with needs assessments carried out prior to occupancy to make for all individuals have their needs and requirements accounted for on a day-to-day basis.

Reminiscence therapy and storytelling are among some of the popular activities enjoyed within the home, which is tastefully decorated and furnished, making it a pleasant accommodation to live in and visit.

All of the bedrooms are beautifully furnished with en-suite bathroom facilities and TV.

The home also has excellent amenities, including comfortable lounges in which residents can relax. In addition there is a dedicated area for dementia care, designed to enable those cared for to maintain their independence in a safe environment.
