Many thanks for taking the time to review us - indeed the last two years have been challenging for everybody not just #TeamBuckleshamGrange. The team are regularly rota'd ensuring cover is at the same levels every day of the week. New team members have started recently and are getting to know Mum with her likes, dislikes and routines. Together with the support of the team who have been at Bucklesham Grange for a long time they are really getting to know mum well.
Mum is incredibly caring to all, often asks us how we are feeling on a daily basis and always greets us with a huge smile.
