Our weekly fees are individual to each of our residents and are subject to a pre-admission assessment, which is required to understand the level of care and support needed. Our 2025 weekly care fees for residential care start from £1207 but may be in the region of 30% more*. This depends on your care needs and the type of bedroom that is right for you, from our standard rooms through to our premium bedroom options.
*If you require more specialist care such as 1-2-1 support, your weekly fee could be higher.

Our electronic care planning system kradle is there to give our staff more time to spend with our residents, as they record information at the point of care. We invited you and fellow residents to sample our winter menus and recommend any changes which could be made, and our chef is always happy to offer alternative dishes if anybody would like something different to the menu of the day. Please do speak to our home manager directly with any concerns, her door is always open.

Thank you for your review and your praise for our team. We are sorry there has been a delay in repainting the ceiling following the leak, which was caused by damage following the recent storms. While the leak has stopped and your mother has settled back into her bedroom, with our maintenance operative checking the area daily, we are waiting for some final work to be completed before repainting the area. We hope to update you imminently but in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to speak to our home manager directly with any concerns.

My name is Dannie and I am the Home Manager at Lake View I am also the Home's Moving and Handling Trainer and a trained Mental Health First Aider. I have worked for Sanctuary for 10 years. My Background has always been working in the care industry from the age of 16 when I started as a domestic assistant.
I love working at Lake View and I have a passion for leading a team that is caring, and kind and will go that extra mile for our amazing residents and their loved ones.

I am the Deputy Manager of Lake View first started working for Sanctuary Care in 2015 and it has felt like home ever since. I am very passionate about what I do and love to meet new people. I hope to spread kindness and a smile each day.

I first started at Lake View in 2018 and I am the home's activities coordinator. What I like about the role is that it’s unique and so important. I find it really rewarding and I love to make a difference to our residents by delivering meaningful activities. No two days are the same we can go from organising a beach-themed weekend to playing bingo!
